Saudi Arabia is known for its ultra-conservative image. With strict rules and regulations, and no public gatherings for entertainment in open spaces everything in the country is confined to the closed doors for celebrations, success and sorrow. However, with Saudi Vision 2030 in mind, the country is now aiming to shed its conservative image and impose new rules and regulations in the country to shift its oil-dependent economy to tourism.

The citizens of the ultra-conservative kingdom will witness a celebration in the country’s capital, Riyadh on 31st December where a wonderful display of lights, music, firework, live DJ and an official countdown into 2020 will happen.
