What is Absher (MOI)?
MOI Absher is an official website and also a Smartphone Application as well which allows citizens of Saudi Arabia and the Saudi expats as well to use a variety of Government services, it can also be applied for jobs and Hajj permits, passport information, etc. This application provides almost 160 services.
Within How many days of issuance of exit re-entry one has to travel?
The law says that you need to cancel your exit re-entry visa that you have actually issued for you and your family dependents through Absher (MOI website) online. According to the Saudi Jawazat regulations, anyone who issues the exit re-entry visa for him or for his family then they must travel within 90 days of the issuance of the exit re-entry visa or before the expiry of its last date of travel whichever comes earlier.
Fine in case of Non-compliance
In case of non-compliance with the above regulation, the Saudi expat who didn’t cancel his exit re-entry, in case if he has canceled his plan for traveling outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia then he can be charged with the fine amounting to SAR. 3,000.

Is there any cancellation or delay penalty?
There is no fee for the cancellation of your exit re-entry visa in Saudi Arabia BUT if the required cancellation is not done within the timeline, the following fines are being imposed on the visa holder as per the Saudi Jawazat rules and regulations. It is important that the fee paid for the insurance of the exit re-entry visa is not refundable at the time of cancellation. You can only cancel exit re-entry visa of your dependents in Saudi Arabia, your visa will be canceled by your sponsor.

Is MOI Absher account important for the visa cancellation?
If you have an Absher account or in case you have the User ID of Absher application then you just need to have an Absher account only to cancel your dependents exit re-entry visa in Saudi Arabia. If you don’t have an Absher account, you will have to register for it, or for the easy procedure of cancellation.
How to make an Absher account?
The first step is that you need to register yourself by providing the required information such as your name, your email, password and cell phone number. When you open a page of MOI Absher, there you will find two options and you need to select the Individual and then click the Absher account registration.
In what language the app is open?
The App or website will be opened in Arabic if you don’t understand the language you can change the language from Arabic to English. The option is available on the upper side of your screen, now click on the new user. It is available just below the tab where the system is asking for further information such as username, password from the existing Absher account.
Is the Saudi Iqama number important for registration?
In the next step of Absher registration, you need to register the following information on the giver bars or chart on the screen. The app is secure and there is no need to worry about a scam, you can just easily upload your personal information, such as.
- Saudi Iqama number.
- Mobile number.
After inserting this information check the box to confirm the terms and conditions and press Next for further process.
How can we receive the confirmation login information?
In the next step, you will receive an SMS containing a verification code on your cell phone, make sure you put the correct number in the previous step. Enter the code and your iqama number on the page and click OK for the Absher account.
