Money has not been Returned even After the Cancellation of the Booking
According to the source, a local citizen had inquired from the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah that he had paid for the transport for the Umrah permit but later cancelled the booking however the money has not been returned yet. The media center under the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah said on its Twitter account that,
The cancelled booking money is returned to the same account within exactly 48 hours from which the money is paid.
What Should be Done if the Money is not Refunded?
The Media centre said,
“If the money is not refunded within 48 hours, the care centre under the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah can be contacted on 920002814 and 8004304444 to receive help in this regard.”
