1 Chicken Boneless (Small Cubes) ½ cup
2 Onion (Small Cubes) 2 tablespoon
3 Capsicum (Small Cubes) 2 tablespoon
4 Tomatoes (Small Cubes) 2 tablespoon
5 Green Chilies 2 finely slice
6 Coriander Leaves 2 table spoon
7 Egg 3
8 Salt & Black Pepper ½ tea spoon
9 Black Pepper ½ tea spoon
10 Oil for frying


  1. Chop all the vegetables in small cubes.
  2. Marinate chicken with salt and black pepper for 30 minutes.
  3. After 30 minutes cook the marinated chicken in 1 table spoon oil and keep it aside.
  4. Beat the eggs in the bowl and add salt, black pepper, green chilies, onion, coriander leaves, and capsicum.
  5. Heat the oil in the frying pan.
  6. Pour the egg mixture in the frying pan and cook.
  7. Add tomatoes and cooked chicken on the partially cooked omelet.
  8. When one side is cooked then flip the omelet to cook from the other side.
  9. When cooked completely from both side then fold it and serve immediately with bread.
