The General Directorate of Passports (Saudi Jawazat) has recently stated that,
ANYONE WHO HAS LEFT ON A FINAL EXIT VISA ON A REGULAR BASIS, WITHOUT ANY REMARKS (i.e. IF HE/SHE HAS NOT BEEN BLACKLISTED OR DEPORTED BECAUSE OF ANY CRIMINAL ACTIVITY OR ACT OF MISCONDUCT) AGAINST HIM, HAS THE RIGHT TO RETURN ON A NEW VISA.
