Last weekend I went to Bahrein for a tour and adventure, I make a to-do list. In my to-do list, I have mentioned scuba diving in my list because I love so see the fishes and things underwater so I asked someone where we go for scuba.
She recommended the world’s largest park in Bahrein which was underwater and very fascinates to see. According to the ministry, is considered as the largest in the world and aims to further boost tourism. The dive park includes several structures in addition to the aircraft, such as a replica of a traditional Bahraini pearl merchant’s house.
When I get ready for scuba then I started swimming then I see a lot of things which totally changed my whole mood and stress. These type of activities good for human health. Like men women adults and kids.
1). Artificial Reef underwater
An artificial reef is a man-made underwater structure, typically built to promote marine life in areas with a generally featureless bottom, to control erosion, block ship passage, block the use of trawling nets, or improve surfing. Artificial reefs have become popular alternatives used by governments and the tourism industry to attract visitors to certain areas of interest. 2). The Largest Aircraft ever
The dive site has a 70m long decommissioned Boeing 747 as its centerpiece, the largest aircraft ever to be submerged. The site will provide an exceptional dive experience. 3). Eco-friendly park
The eco-friendly park will also provide researchers with rich information and data on marine ecology and biology and will improve environmental awareness on the importance of preserving marine life. The eco-friendly focus of the site has been a focus of Dive Bahrain. Some environmentalists are also expressing concern about the disruption of the local ecosystem due to the reaction of heavy metal in seawater. 4). Underwater destination
Bahrain is not the first country to submerge a plane for an underwater destination. In 2016, Turkey sunk an Airbus A300 plane in the coast of the Aegean Sea in part of efforts to create an artificial reef. This underwater theme park follows the trend of attractions found beneath the surface.
5). Is it really Eco-Friendly?
Some environmentalists are also expressing concern about the disruption of the local ecosystem due to the reaction of heavy metal in seawater. 6). Underwater playground
As part of its efforts to boost tourism to Bahrain, this unique underwater playground was created to attract avid divers. It will also feature a model of a traditional Bahraini pearl merchant’s house, artificial coral reefs and other sculptures made from eco-friendly materials. 7). Safety and security
The dive park was also inspected by a group of diving professionals from registered dive centers, who were able to ensure all safety requirements are fully met to guarantee a safe diving experience and environment necessary for the public.
